Bannerman Castle Shorts

Description: Pollepel Island in the Hudson River in New York. The principal feature on the island is Bannerman's Castle, an abandoned military surplus warehouse. New York Central Railroad provided passenger service along the east bank of the river, and this is the view from near Breakneck Mountain towards Cornwall and Newburgh in the distance. A fantasy poster design created exclusively by Matchbook Graphics from vintage source material.

Description: A vintage-style poster featuring Bannerman Castle on a hill overlooking a body of water and a train. Text prominently displays "BANNERMAN CASTLE" at the top. Below the train, the "NEW YORK CENTRAL SYSTEM" logo is visible, followed by "THE SMOOTH & SCENIC WATER LEVEL ROUTE Along the HUDSON RIVER". The train is labeled "NEW YORK CENTRAL" and "EG1/3".
