Description: With an inventory reaching into the hundreds of thousands, Car City Records wasn't just a store—it was a Detroit institution. Founded in 1984 by Bob Setlik, a man who had been living and breathing jazz vinyl since the mid-70s, this shop became the ultimate "Vinyl Hunter’s Paradise." Car City never chased the charts or the trends. They stayed independent, focusing on the rare finds, the forgotten gems, and the deep cuts across Jazz, Rock, Blues, and Classical. This design pays tribute to the crate-digging spirit and the shelves upon shelves of history that made the Metro area legendary.

Description: **"Discover the history of die-cast miniature cars, a technique that emerged during WWI and revolutionized toy manufacturing. Pioneered by brands like Dinky Toys, which introduced their iconic diecast cars in sets of five, the trend exploded in the '60s, captivating both kids and adult collectors. As video games gained popularity in the '70s and '80s, adult enthusiasts helped sustain the thriving diecast car industry, preserving its legacy from hot rods to exotic models."**

Description: 1968 was a very big year for the 442, starting with the fact that it was finally made into its very own model. From the time that the first 442 was released in 1964 up until 1967, it had been purely a performance package that could be added to the F-85 or Cutlass midsized Oldsmobile lines. With stellar sales and growing interest in the muscle car class as a while, Olds wisely decided to put the 442 out on its own. 442 models that came equipped with the W-30 Force-Air induction system took in cold air from around these lights. The W-30 package, which had been first introduced at the end of the 1966 model year, had unique internal engine modifications that included special heads and a high output cam.
