Crunches Shorts
Description: The struggle between wanting to make healthy choices and wanting to demolish an entire bag of salty snacks is one of life's most relatable battles. Then, somewhere around the first hint of hunger, your stomach introduces a much more persuasive plan involving crispy, greasy, perfectly seasoned carbohydrates. Suddenly, exercise seems negotiable, while the snack cupboard becomes a matter of urgent personal importance. The comedy comes from treating this ordinary craving like an internal negotiation between two competing departments, with one side presenting long-term health goals while the other arrives with an extremely convincing argument: delicious food. In the end, willpower is often asked to compete against hunger, and hunger plays dirty.
