Description: Set in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, during the 1950s and ’60s, Happy Days presented an idealized view of post-war middle-class America, seen largely through the perspective of high school student Ritchie Cunningham and his pal Potsie. The boys fraternized with the crowd at Arnold’s Malt Shop. Although Ritchie was the show’s protagonist, the most indelible character was Arthur Fonzarelli, known as “Fonzie”or simply "The Fonz." His greaser style and love for motorcycles clashed with the show’s cast of wholesome, all-American characters, but under his leather jacket, Fonzie had a heart of gold. The show ran from January 15, 1974 to September 24, 1984 with a total of 255 half-hour episodes spanning eleven seasons.

Description: Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli, better known as "Fonzie" or "The Fonz," is a fictional character in the American sitcom Happy Days that ran from 1974 until 1984. The Fonz was a stereotypical greaser who rode a motorcycle, wore a leather jacket, and typified the essence of cool, in contrast to his circle of friends. He was originally a secondary character but was soon positioned as a lead role when he began surpassing the other characters in popularity. Fonzie was seen by many as the epitome of coolness and was so popular, that in the second season producers considered renaming the show to "Fonzie's Happy Days." The Fonz is one of only two characters (along with Howard Cunningham) to appear in all 255 episodes of the series ten-year run.
Description: Arnold's Restaurant is the name of a popular Milwaukee "greasy spoon"- a local hangout for most of the characters in Happy Days, especially Fonzie, Richie, Potsie, Ralph and their friends and schoolmates. Arnold's would later become the regular hangout for Chachi, Joanie and Jenny Piccalo and their friends and classmates. Arnold's originally had in-car service where customers could pull into a parking space and dine in the comfort of their own cars while waited on by a carhop. The restaurant also had a walk-up window with a photo booth nearby. The dining room inside Arnold's was replete with tables and booths, a pinball machine, a jukebox, a dance floor, and even a small stage with piano for live performances.
