Looking Glass Falls Shorts
Description: Original hand-drawn retro illustration of Looking Glass Falls in Pisgah National Forest, North Carolina. Inspired by the iconic roadside waterfall, Blue Ridge forest, and unforgettable Brevard-area adventures, this vintage travel-poster design celebrates a classic Western North Carolina destination. For waterfall chasers, hikers, scenic-drive travelers, photographers, and anyone with Pisgah memories.
Description: This image based on my photo taken of Looking Glass Falls is inspired by silkscreen design, campy paint by numbers, and the many national and state parks. Looking Glass Falls is between Brevard, NC and the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Pisgah National Forest. The falls are visible from a pull off on the side of the road (wheelchair and stroller accessible) but you can also walk down to the bottom. This is a very popular swimming spot, so all of the parking may be taken during the summer. No bathrooms or picnic areas. See my other Vintage Travel Poster designs in Nature. If you have a image of your favorite spot you would like me to turn into a design, just send me a message.
