Natto Shorts
Description: A hilarious possum gets completely overwhelmed by a flying explosion of sticky natto and fermented soybeans. The expressive animal, covered in gooey strands and beans, creates a chaotic food-comedy scene with bold cartoon linework, warm earthy colors, and exaggerated motion. The phrase Count Me Out on Natto adds a playful rejection of the notoriously sticky Japanese food. Perfectly suited to fans of possums, Japanese cuisine humor, quirky food illustrations, and absurd animal artwork.
Description: A chaotic food-humor illustration featuring a sleepy-looking possum completely overwhelmed by a giant serving of sticky natto. Gooey fermented soybeans stretch dramatically across the scene while the bold “Give me a break! I really hate natto” lettering adds a playful comedic mood. The expressive animal, exaggerated food texture, and messy brown-and-gold palette create a quirky cartoon aesthetic with Japanese food culture and gross-out humor at its center.
Description: No Natto Created out of necessity, this shirt is a must for anyone planning a trip to Japan. Natto, the slimy fermented soy beans that smell like a dead foot inside a sweaty sock is a taste few foreigners (and even many Japanese people) like. To avoid this culinary landmine, wear this shirt and let everyone know you want to avoid what the Japanese will all tell you is extremely healthy and good for you. Tell them running 5 kilometers each day is also good for you, but no one does that! Say no to Natto!
