Description: Saint George - Saint George's Day is the feast day of Saint George, notably England’s patron saint, but celebrated also by Christian churches, countries, and regions of which he is the patron saint. Saint George's Day is celebrated on the 23rd of April, the traditionally accepted date of the saint's death in the Diocletianic Persecution. It coincides with the death date of English playwright and poet William Shakespeare.

Description: World War 2 - The St Nazaire Raid, or Operation Chariot, was a British amphibious attack on the heavily defended Normandie dry dock at St Nazaire in German occupied France during the Second World War. The operation was undertaken by the Royal Navy and British Commandos under the auspices of Combined Operations Headquarters on 28 March 1942.
