Description: The Police Squad Design celebrates the short lived American TV comedy and features the legendary Leslie Nielsen in his starring role as Sergeant Frank Drebin, Detective Lieutenant Police Squad. Although cancelled after only six episodes, the show developed a cult following which eventually led to Nielsen reprising his role in the Naked Gun film series. Police Squad parodied all manner of police procedural and crime shows of the sixties and seventies and featured some truly unforgettable set pieces, not least of which was the fake freeze frame that ended every episode.
Description: (Also available in BLACK) One of the first Western rock bands to perform in Bombay (now Mumbai), playing a now-legendary show at Rang Bhawan. This design is a meticulous re-imagining (and distressed plastisol-style!) of the original concert t-shirt from that historic show, capturing the raw, DIY energy of early 80s rock. Organized by the ladies of the Time & Talents Club, the show wasn’t just a concert, it was a cultural milestone. If you know, you know. Perfect for fans of: • The Police (Sting, Andy Summers, Stewart Copeland) • Vintage concert tees • Deep-cut music history • Rare and obscure rock memorabilia
