Description: The Cenobites are extra-dimensional beings who are mutilated and brainwashed into torturing humans for all eternity in the Labyrinth. All Cenobites were once human, with the exception of Angelique, the daughter of the demon god Leviathan. The Cenobites can only be summoned upon the solving of one of the Lemarchand's Boxes, a type of puzzle box that promises pleasures.
Description: Pinhead is a leaders of the Cenobites, formerly humans, but transformed into creatures which reside in a extradimensional realm who travel to Earth through a puzzle box called the Lament Configuration in order to harvest human souls. The origins and the nature of the Cenobites vary depending upon the medium: While the character began as an amoral entity blindly devoted to the practice of experimental sadomasochism, later depictions have portrayed him as explicitly evil and even demonic in origin. Regardless of which backstory you choose, it's safe to say that Hell Raiser's Pinhead is someone who's path you don't want to cross.
Description: A puzzle is easier when the picture on the box is sitting right there. Without it, every piece becomes suspicious, and even the corners need investigation. You connect two pieces, decide they belong together, then change your mind and start staring at the rest as if they might reveal the answer. The funny part is continuing with confidence while having absolutely no idea what the finished result is supposed to look like. Maybe that piece belongs there. Maybe it does not. Either way, you keep trying different combinations, hoping something eventually starts making sense. Then one section suddenly looks promising, which creates a brief moment of confidence before another piece refuses to cooperate. At least the puzzle is getting attention.
