He was allied with the Winifred, codenamed Agent 2Y, who served as an undercover operative of the U.S. Secret Service. His chest was protected by a plastron comprised of bulletproof fabric. Hyper's helmet had a built-in radio and, although heavy, somehow enabled him artificial flight.
