Test Pilot Shorts
Description: BMX began during the early '70s as kids inspired by motocross racers began racing their bicycles on dirt tracks in southern California. In 1974, the National Bicycle League formed as a BMX sanctioning organization and regular organized races began to come together. As BMX racing began to reach a fever pitch, Bob Osborn and Wizard Publications launched Bicycle Motocross Action Magazine in 1976. The new mag would quickly become known as the BMX bible, tracking the races, points, events, riders, and of course, the latest in BMX bikes and equipment. The name was changed to BMX Action in 1982 and the publication continued to run until 1989 at which point it was combined with Freestylin' Magazine to become 'Go' which ran until 1992.
Description: Built for the dirt, tested at full speed. This BMX Action Test Pilot design channels the raw energy of early-1980s BMX race culture with a hard-charging factory rider, number plate graphics, checkered race details, and weathered old-school print texture. Inspired by the era of backyard tracks, full-face helmets, race-team jerseys, and twenty-inch machines pushed to their limits. A throwback piece for BMX racers, collectors, old-school riders, and anyone who remembers when every dirt berm felt like a proving ground.

Description: The Lockheed Martin X-59 Quesst ("Quiet SuperSonic Technology"), sometimes styled QueSST, is an American experimental supersonic aircraft being developed at Skunk Works for NASA's Low-Boom Flight Demonstrator project.[1] Preliminary design started in February 2016, with the X-59 planned to begin flight testing in 2021. After delays, as of January 2024, it is planned to be delivered to NASA for flight testing in 2024. It is expected to cruise at Mach 1.42 (1,510 km/h; 937 mph) at an altitude of 55,000 ft (16,800 m), creating a low 75 effective perceived noise level (EPNdB) thump to evaluate supersonic transport acceptability.
