Toy Collection Shorts
Description: Herself the Elf was an early '80s line of mother nature themed dolls that included not only Herself the Elf, but also Snowdrop, Meadow Morn, Willow Song, and Wood Pink. They all had their own magical powers and magic wands with which to use their powers, which were unique to each respective elf. In addition to the dolls and their three playsets (a house, a shower, and a vanity), a number of books, records, and even a cartoon was developed. The backstory was as follows: "Herself the Elf lives in a magical land tucked in a forest where tall trees stand. It's where birds and bees live happy as can be, with all kinds of animals great and small... 'cause Herself the Elf takes care of them all."
Description: A richly detailed Christmas nutcracker collection featuring traditional toy soldiers surrounded by ornaments, bows, bells, candy canes, gifts, Christmas trees, and festive holiday decorations. The colorful nostalgic composition celebrates classic European-inspired Christmas decor and timeless nutcracker tradition for holiday lovers and vintage Christmas fans.
Description: Released in 1978, Suckerman was a pliable vinyl toy that resembled an amphibious humanoid with a series of suction cups placed over its body. The suction cups allowed the toy to stick to surfaces you threw him at, but also to itself, allowing kids to contort and pose him. Described on print materials as a “clinging vinyl critter,” Suckerman was initially released in three colors - red, green, and glow-in-the-dark. A version in black vinyl was later released, and collectors can augment their collections with the addition of the Japanese variants. Today, Suckerman commands a high price on the secondary market, considering the toy originally sold for just under $5, but they are fairly hard to find in decent shape.

Description: Sidney Phillips, better known as Sid, is Andy’s sociopathic neighbor. Every toy is afraid of Sid, as his idea of fun is using toys for scary experiments and operations, like changing their heads and limbs to create new monstrosities, or simply destroying them. His choice of wardrobe is a tough guy black skull shirt, which makes total sense given his villainous persona as a terrorizer of toys... and sometimes people.

Glossy pastel colors, sparkling eyes, rosy cheeks, and playful bubble lettering create a charming kawaii aesthetic. Perfect for fans of plushie collecting, chibi animals, cute character art, soft colors, and joyful maximalist illustrations.
