Saving a document as "final version three" is the ultimate display of false optimism Socks

We can see this exact behavior in any work, and equally among English teachers and English students. Everyone believes that the current draft will be the absolute last one. An employee finishes a quarterly report and titles the document with the word "final". An educator updates their weekly lesson plan and saves it with a similar designation. A scholar completes an analytical essay and triumphantly names the file the exact same way. However, thirty seconds after closing the program, a glaring error suddenly becomes visible. A missing comma is found, a crucial statistic is all wrong, or an entire paragraph is deleted. The file must be reopened and adjusted, leading to an embarrassing sequence of numbered final versions.
