Description: This painting was inspired by the airplanes that fly around Denali Mountain out of Talkeetna, Alaska. I call it Talkeetna Retreat, referring to the airplane retreating from the storm, but also because Talkeetna is a place where I often go to take a relaxing retreat from real life.
