Breeding Socks
Description: Cultural diversity matters and must be preserved. It is the cohabitation of diverse cultures that makes each one unique and valuable. Diversity is a transversal heritage, THE Heritage of Humanity. METISSAGE is a hymn to diversity, tolerance, the beauty of colors and cultures, and even more so to their sublime and infinite mixtures, the crossbreeding of races, cultures and people.
Description: This is my acrylic painting of a male magnificent frigatebird on the coast. His scarlet throat pouch is inflated like a balloon during the breeding season. A frigatebird with a vibrant red chest sits among coastal grasses with a backdrop of a bright blue ocean. In the background, a few birds are silhouetted against the sky. This bird painting is included in the bird playing card game called “Chirp Up”.
Description: This design shows twelve different sheep breeds with the name of the breed. In addition to the Dorset and Icelandic, the Lincoln and Cheviot are also represented. All the sheep have been lovingly drawn in comic kawaii style. A great motif for children and women who are sheep lovers and enjoy petting zoos.
