He travels the countryside with his canine pal Beegle Beagle, whom he calls "Beegly Beagly." A recurring bit would be for him to "rev up" the tiny vehicle like a child with a friction toy, then hop aboard.

The series aired 16 episodes in a single season, and when released on home video, the 16 segments, which were each about 12 minutes long, were combined into eight episodes.
