Cat Pattern Socks
Description: According to the IWW: The Black Cat -- traditionally drawn as angry with claws bared, arched back, and a brushy tail (pictured, right) -- has long been one of the symbols of the IWW. It was probably conceived by IWW member Ralph Chaplin (most famous for penning the IWW / labor anthem "Solidarity Forever"), who produced many of the IWW's early "slient agitator" graphics which -- themselves -- had a close association with hobo signs. We like to combine anarchist symbols and quotes with the visual art of anarchists like William Morris. Our goal is to create beautiful and accessible ways to approach the philosophy of Mutual Aid.
Description: Nature gives us an overwhelming variety of forms and species. Just like in our imaginary world, everything is possible for it. When you walk through the forest, here and there mushrooms are sitting in ambush. And sometimes you can go out into the clearing, and a whole flock of these cute fungi will jump out on you. We captured a mysterious forest at the nightfall when its inhabitants dress up and go out to admire each other and just chat. You can see pale yellow madame catshroom flirting with impressive mister catshroom in the beige hat. A poetic art conversation between cute catshroom in the green beret and her opponent in the wide-brimmed red hat. A lot of wonderful stories hide in the nocturnal forest.
