Description: Professor River Song (born Melody Pond) was a "child of the TARDIS" and the wife of the Doctor, specifically his eleventh incarnation. She was mostly human, with some Time Lord DNA, conceived by her parents, Amy Pond and Rory Williams, aboard the TARDIS as it travelled through the Time Vortex, and then raised and conditioned by the Silence. This gave her great strength, the ability to regenerate and a great understanding of the complex principles of time and space. She loved the Doctor dearly, and shared a long-lasting relationship with him. River was one of the very few people who knew the Doctor's true name.
Description: Doctor Who is a British science fiction television programme produced by the BBC since 1963. The programme depicts the adventures of a Time Lord called "the Doctor", an extraterrestrial being, to all appearances human, from the planet Gallifrey. The Doctor explores the universe in a time-travelling space ship called the TARDIS. Its exterior appears as a blue British police box, which was a common sight in Britain in 1963 when the series first aired. Accompanied by a number of companions, the Doctor combats a variety of foes while working to save civilisations and help people in need.
Description: "According to Dorium Maldovar, the Doctor would visit this place at some point in his travels, which would coincide with "the Fall of the Eleventh". Maldovar also told the Doctor that at this time and place "no living creature can speak falsely or fail to answer." Here, the First Question in the universe would be asked. The Silence were determined that the Doctor never reach Trenzalore, so that the question would never be answered. It was a creed of the Silence that "Silence will fall when the Question is asked", or as Maldovar translated it, "Silence must fall". (TV: The Wedding of River Song)"
Description: According to the Doctor, the Weeping Angels "are as old as the universe (or very nearly), but no one really knows where they come from." He also describes them as "the deadliest, most powerful, most malevolent life-form evolution has ever produced." Weeping Angels are unusual as predators in that they neither kill nor directly parasitize their prey. Their usual mode of feeding is to make use of time paradoxes - with a single touch, a Weeping Angel can send a person into the past to a point before his/her own birth, and can then feed off the "potential energy" of the years which that victim would have lived in the present. The Doctor describes the Angels as "the only psychopaths in the universe to kill you nicely".
