Description: With more than 34,000 identified emotions, it can be a real struggle to assess what we're actually feeling at any given time - especially in a high stress situation. The emotions wheel provides an excellent simplified way to help with this. First select the feeling in the centre circle that's closest to how you feel. Then move to the middle section in that area, then to the very outer section of that area. When you can identify an emotion more specifically, you have a much better chance of being able to resonate with a positive one or find ways to combat a negative one.

Description: Constructed as a movie theatre in 1919, The Danforth Music Hall is a music venue and event theatre at 147 Danforth Ave in Toronto Canada. After many name and owner changes over the years, the building was designated a City Of Toronto Heritage Property in 1985. On a personal note, one of the best shows I ever saw (even after all this time) was The Clash in 1979 when the building was called The Rex Danforth Theatre. I still have bruises from that night :) Original photography from 2014 using a Canon EOS 60D body with a Sigma 17-70mm f2.8 DC Macro OS lens.
