Defense Contractor Socks
Description: EG and G Special Projects was a highly secretive division of the engineering firm EG and G (Edgerton, Germeshausen, and Grier) that was associated with advanced military and government research during the Cold War. Best known for its work at remote test sites like Area 51 in Nevada, the group provided technical support for classified programs involving experimental aircraft, weapons testing, and surveillance systems. EG and G engineers and technicians were responsible for instrumentation, data collection, and specialized logistics, often operating in extreme secrecy. Their role placed them at the center of some of the most mysterious and cutting-edge projects in U.S. defense history, fueling decades of speculation about their true scope.
