Detroit Punk Socks
Description: A feral tribute to the dangerous early energy of The Stooges, where Detroit garage noise crashes straight into a broken funhouse nightmare. This distressed bootleg-style graphic mixes a wild dog-frontman, bent microphone stand, warped stage lights, torn punk posters, and raw 1969 attitude into one chaotic proto-punk print.
Description: MC5 was an American rock band formed in Lincoln Park, Michigan, in 1963. The classic line-up consisted of vocalist Rob Tyner, guitarists Wayne Kramer and Fred "Sonic" Smith, bassist Michael Davis, and drummer Dennis Thompson. MC5 were listed by Parade as one of the best rock bands of all time and by VH1 as one of the greatest hard rock artists of all time. The band's first three albums are regarded by many as staples of rock music, and their 1969 song "Kick Out the Jams" is widely covered.
Description: Detroit Creep reimagines the city's famous deep-dish as a deliciously spooky horror scene. A thick crust is topped with crimson skulls and dripping acid-green slime, while tiny bat silhouettes hide along the edge. This creature feature is made for Detroit locals, horror fans, goth and punk communities, and anyone who wants Halloween energy all year long.
Description: Local watering holes come and go all the time, but not too many have left an impression on the Detroit rock scene the way the legendary Blondies did before it closed in 1994. The 7 Mile Road dive on Detroit's west side was a staple during the glory days of '80s metal and punk.
Description: Distort the asphalt with the premium 1967 Mustang GT500 t-shirt. Designed to anchor the ultimate alternative street outfits, hot rod garage parodies, and rock outlaw looks, this piece features a raw digital illustration of the legendary Shelby muscle car in glowing magenta neon circuits. Engineered for fashion rebels looking to destroy boring corporate trends with independent artwork.
Description: Built around the raw voltage of late-60s Detroit rock, Motor City Detonation channels the explosive attitude that made MC5 one of the defining forces of proto-punk. The artwork mixes roaring engine imagery, a vintage stage microphone, electric guitar energy, distressed Americana colors, and a chaotic concert-poster feel.
