Dial Socks
Description: Comet Records was an American jazz and R&B record label, founded in 1944 by Les Schriber, Sr. and Harry Alderton. The label is most known for having recorded and produced T-Bone Walker and Red Norvo. The label was acquired by Black & White Records and operated as a subsidiary. Comet recorded – but never released – a session with Charlie Parker on June 6, 1945. That master was sold to Dial Records in 1949, when Black & White Records went out of business.
Description: Processing information today feels like running obsolete software on modern hardware. Everyone around expects instant replies and rapid decisions, but your psychological processor is stalling on a simple request. When workers manage high-speed data transfers or fast emails, they stare at the screens while waiting for their own cognitive functions to catch up to the technology. This exact same lag strikes students during fast-paced lectures as they frantically try to buffer spoken sentences but only catch fragments. The modern environment moves at lightning speed while your thoughts are stuck buffering. You stare blankly when people expect immediate answers, completely unable to force your mental gears to turn any faster.
