Description: A striking neo-noir inspired graphic composition centered around the Japanese title 女帝 (Jotei), meaning "Empress" or "Female Sovereign." Bold crimson kanji dominate the design, creating a powerful contrast against the dark minimalist aesthetic. The composition blends Japanese poster art influences, modern street fashion, luxury symbolism, and cinematic graphic design into a single unforgettable image. The English subtitle "The Empress of Bad Decisions" adds a layer of dark humor and rebellious confidence, transforming the piece into a celebration of charisma, danger, temptation, and unapologetic individuality. The Japanese text: 女 (Jo / Onna) = Woman 帝 (Tei) = Emperor, Sovereign, Ruler 女帝 (Jotei) = Empress Inspired by Japanese movie posters
