Description: Collective joy and relief are important. Without moments of celebration, it is far too easy to fall into mental & emotional exhaustion and burn out. So, personally, I needed to take the moment trump left office as a win. I needed to take the first female VP, the first woman of color taking that office, as a win. However, I am aware that this is no where near the answer to the problems we are facing, and we are still on this long, long road for equity. Let's celebrate the victories, small and large along the way, and always, always keep going.
