Map Art Socks
Description: A picturesque and vibrant nature photography artwork celebrating the Netherlands (Holland), beautifully framed within its iconic geographic country map silhouette. This unique split design highlights the country's most beloved cultural symbols, showcasing historic traditional windmills standing tall over lush green fields on one side, paired with endless rows of colorful blooming tulip flower fields (red, pink, and yellow) stretching into the horizon under a bright blue sky on the other. Featuring the elegant typographic caption "NETHERLANDS: WINDMILLS & TULIPS", this stunning piece captures the ultimate European spring vibe and scenic countryside charm. Perfect for travelers, flower lovers, expats, and map collectors.
Description: Watts is a neighborhood in South Los Angeles's Eastside. It's still best known for the Watts Towers (built 1921-1954 ) and the Watts Riots (1965). Lots has changed in the intervening half century, needless to say, and I explored and mapped in 2014 for my series, "California Fool's Gold" https://ericbrightwell.com/2014/02/14/more-than-just-riots-and-towers/
