Description: Stoicism is a school of ancient philosophy founded in Greece and popularized in Rome. The most renown stoic writers are Seneca, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius and Zeno. In a nutshell, stoicism teaches a person to rid themselves of being dependent and influenced by external conditions, such as wealth, people, challenges, and obstacles. Stoicism is the most antifragile mental operating system for life because it frees you from having to worry about what could happen to you because of not giving a shit about the useless things that don't really matter in life.
Description: Marcus Aurelius wrote that the soul becomes dyed with the colour of its thoughts. A stoic mindset quote in warm hand lettering with botanical leaves, a daily reminder to guard what you think about.
