Description: Inspired by Lin-Manuel Miranda's Pulitzer Prize-winning hip hop musical "Hamilton," this design captures not only the song "My Shot," but also American Revolution altogether. The referenced line is "Scratch that. This is not a moment, it's the movement. Where all the hungriest brothers with something to prove went..." I only own this design. Obviously I own none of what Lin has done. I'm not *that* brilliant.

Description: The movement against the involvement of the United States in the Vietnam War began in the U.S. with demonstrations in 1964 and grew in strength in later years. The U.S. became polarized between those who advocated continued involvement in Vietnam and those who wanted peace. Many in the peace movement were students, mothers, or anti-establishment hippies. Opposition grew with participation by the African-American civil rights, women's liberation, and Chicano movements, and sectors of organized labor. Additional involvement came from many other groups, including educators, clergy, academics, journalists, lawyers, physicians (such as Benjamin Spock), Civil Rights Movement leaders and military veterans. Opposition consisted mainly of peac...

Description: The Kiss (in German Der Kuss) is an oil-on-canvas painting with added gold leaf, silver and platinum by the Austrian Symbolist painter Gustav Klimt. It was painted at some point in 1907 and 1908, during the height of what scholars call his "Golden Period". It was exhibited in 1908 under the title Liebespaar (the lovers) as stated in the catalogue of the exhibition. The painting depicts a couple embracing each other, their bodies entwined in elaborate beautiful robes decorated in a style influenced by the contemporary Art Nouveau style and the organic forms of the earlier Arts and Crafts movement. The painting now hangs in the Österreichische Galerie Belvedere museum in the Belvedere, Vienna, and is considered a masterpiece of Vienna Secessi

Description: One of Magritte's most common artistic devices was the use of objects to hide what lies behind them. For example, in The Son of Man (1964) an apple hides the face of a man wearing a bowler hat, and in The Pleasure Principle (1937) a bright flash likewise obscures a face. In The Human Condition, the cover-up appears in the form of a painting within a painting. Magritte had this to say of his 1933 work: "In front of a window seen from inside a room, I placed a painting representing exactly that portion of the landscape covered by the painting. Thus, the tree in the picture hid the tree behind it, outside the room. For the spectator, it was both inside the room within the painting and outside in the real landscape."

Description: In the shadows of indifference, true solidarity raises its crimson fist. This iconic symbol of collective power reminds us that liberation movements don't request permission—they announce their intentions. Like a chorus that grows stronger with each voice, the spirit of "Bella Ciao" echoes through generations who understand that democracy requires more than passive observation. When authoritarianism whispers false promises, the raised fist shouts uncomfortable truths. Resistance symbols endure because the struggles they represent are never finished. The most revolutionary act often begins with a simple, powerful gesture that says: "no more."
