On The Beach Socks
Description: The title "What We Choose to Drag" describes a surreal artwork in monochrome. It features a headless man wearing a hat, dragging a wooden chair along a beach. The sky above is filled with birds, creating a mysterious and dreamlike atmosphere. This artwork explores themes of burden, isolation, and the surreal blending of the ordinary and the fantastical. Ideal for lovers of thought-provoking, imaginative art with minimalist tones.
Description: My great-uncle wrote the summer classic, ‘On the Way to Cape May.’ If you are from Jersey or the Philadelphia area, you are probably familiar with the song. This is my little doodle of that ditty, inspired by my dad’s account of his family trips to the shore. I took some liberties with the make/model of the Country Squire, but the rest is based on facts from my dad’s stories.
Description: A minimalist line art composition on a black background. The top reads 'The beach' in a flowing script font. Below, an umbrella stands on a small mound of sand with dots representing texture, accompanied by the text 'IS MY'. The bottom states 'is my office.' in a similar script.
