Description: On March 24, 1959, Bultaco held a press day and launched its first bike, the road-going 125cc Bultaco Tralla 101, named after a Spanish word for whip. Just two months later Bultaco entered its first Spanish Grand Prix taking seven of the first ten places. The name "Bultaco" comes from combining the first four letters of Sr. Bultó's surname with the last three of his nickname "Paco". The name was a suggestion of one of Bultaco's premier racers, and close friend of Sr. Bultó, John Grace from Gibraltar. CEMOTO is an acronym for "Compañia Española de Motores".

Description: Throughout the 80s there was a 3-wheeler craze and they were a common sight most anywhere dirt bikes were ridden. Despite their popularity with adults and kids alike, they all suffered from a few nasty traits. Most commonly, riders who are used to a bicycle or motorcycle would most likely lean the wrong way in a turn, put their leg out for balance, and then run over their leg. The second biggest issue was their ability to tip in canted situations as again, their center of gravity and overall dynamic didn’t quite behave as one might expect them to. Nonetheless, they were a blast to ride and if you didn’t break a bone or die, you probably have fond memories of tearing it up on one.
Description: During the heyday of hot rodding and drag racing in Southern California, Webco Inc. was THE place to get your fix for go-fast goodies. It didn't matter whether you were into cars, motorcycles, or boats - if it had an internal combustion engine, they had the stuff to make it go faster. They made pretty much everything from innovative dual spark plug adapters and custom heads to adjustable suspension bracketry and carburetor performance kids. They eventually used their motocross expertise to enter the emerging BMX market. Webco mags were distinctive 5 spokers and their attempts at suspension frames were considered highly innovative for the time. Their standard frames featured gusset work similar to Cooks Brothers and like their other BMX part

Description: Founded by Manuel Giró, an industrialist from Barcelona as Orpheo Sincronic Sociedad Anónima, the original OSSA company got its start in 1924 by making movie projectors for its home market in Spain. The company's four-leaf clover emblem wasn't actually a four-leaf clover and rather an escapement mechanism of a film projector. Before World War II, Giró was the Spanish sidecar racing national champion, along with his co-pilot, the future founder of Bultaco motorcycles, Francisco Bultó. In 1940 Giró changed the primary focus of his company to building racing motorcycles and after the war, he obtained superior two-stroke engine technology from the German DKW factory as war reparations and was mass-producing his two-stroke motorcycles by1949.
