Description: Sometimes, the mind behaves like a radio with poor reception. You turn the dial, hear some noise, catch half an idea, and then somehow the same few thoughts start playing again. One thought gets stuck, another disappears, and a random phrase from earlier keeps returning for no obvious reason. The funny part is the lack of variety. You may have plenty of things to think about, but the brain keeps selecting the same tiny playlist. You try changing the subject, yet somehow one of those familiar thoughts sneaks back into the rotation. Eventually, you stop trying to control it and simply let the mental soundtrack continue while you get on with whatever you were doing. It is not exactly a useful broadcast, but at least it has a reliable schedule.
