Description: A few intriguing shapes and textures and patterns of various walls encountered during my daily trips and walks in the City of Tegucigalpa, Honduras (some with a questionable paint job if I may add). All images are taken with a Canon 5D III (full frame) and a Canon 7D II (crop frame) using a variety of Canon L-Series lenses, and Tamron and Sigma pro-line lenses; processed in RAW with ACR, PSC, Photomatix, and a variety of other imaging software. Description: Corpus Christi Harbor Bridge Using leading lines from the white art structure (which is located at the Corpus Christi aquarium) guides the eye to the Corpus Christi Harbor Bridge which spans the ship channel that connects to the Gulf of Mexico. The harbor bridge over the ship channel is often described as having a distinctive Napoléon hat-style look; the metal bowstring bridge was built in the 1950s. Work is underway to replace it with a taller, wider and modern cable-stayed bridge. Flatiron/Dragados has been involved in 31 cable-stayed bridge projects worldwide, including nine in the United States.
