The series that followed aired on Saturday nights after The Love Boat from January 28, 1978, to May 19, 1984. The turtles are as much a part of these tropical paradises as the palm trees and hibiscus. They are an endangered species around the world and need our protection. I created this design because of my love and concern for these gentle animals. If people love them as art then it is my hope that they will help preserve them in the world. Wearing and displaying this art will hopefully bring more awareness to the environmental crisis we are all facing.
