Description: A new animal based watercolour, this time I’ve painted a Silvertip bear, better known as a Grizzly. It’s a species of Brown bear typically found in North America and Canada and I chose this one to paint from based on the textures and facial expression of the subject. There’s an interesting juxtaposition between the ferocity of these creatures and the docile nature they also have.
