Everything is as it should be, so relax. This is the perfect design for any yogi, spiritualist og zen person in general, whether you are more zen and laid back in spirit than in reality. This is a reminder that I personally use a lot to combat my anxiety and I can say that it has really made a difference in my life. I genuinely hope that it will do the same for you.
