Catholics claim that the salvation of all humanity is only possible because Mary said her yes to God. Since God decided that the Savior would come through Mary, also through her, we must be saved. Saved through Mary and not saved by her, as Catholics believe that only Jesus Christ is the Savior and Mary is His Blessed Mother, the co-regent with her Son Jesus. She collaborates with Him in the plan of salvation. “God wants to establish in the world the Devotion to My Immaculate Heart” (in Memoirs of Sister Lucia). God has established an effective way to save the souls of his children and thus return the long-awaited peace to the world. I repeat, Jesus is the one who saves!
