Description: Abzu literally means "deep water," "subterranean ocean." It is one of the primordial elements mentioned in the most ancient Sumero-Akkadian myths. It contains everything, but nothing has yet been formed. It is the beginning of everything, where silence did not yet know a name, but already held the seed of the world.
