Compare yourself unfavorably to people around you. Embrace the fact that you are one isolated individual who will live and die with no particular connection to the universe. Be ungrateful. Go with the stream, but against the flow. Ultimately, a shallow practice of mindlessness may give you a path to the non-timeless realm known as endarkment.
