![Ichiban (一番) Hogan NJPW Number One Japanese #1 Replica [Black] Sticker](https://images.teepublic.com/derived/production/designs/37446092_0/1671062900/i_m:pid_1918,c_s_auto,bc_ffffff,s_313,q_90.webp)
Description: Before Hulkamania ran wild in the WWF, Ichiban Hogan reigned supreme in Japan's NJPW. Rather than his bombastic American style, in Japan he was more mat-based and technical and even had a different finisher, a devastating lariat called the Axe Bomber rather than the Leg Drop we all came to know so well. He was also as much of a pop culture icon with Japanese audiences -- who gave him the nickname “Ichiban,” (which translates to "Number One") -- as he was in the US, and he became the first IWGP Heavyweight Champion, clashing with legends like Antonio Inoki and Andre the Giant. This is a replica of the logo he wore before "Hulkamaniac" merch existed. (Original shirt was Black on Blue)
