Description: « Mavi found us in Florence, Italia. It was almost midnight and he was walking under the restaurant tables, searching for food with a broken wing and feet entangled in hair. We picked him up and took home with us. He was to stay with bandages for weeks, so to keep him company we brought him a stuffed pigeon “Hamziş” whom Mavi later chose as his wife.
