A parody of a parody. After seeing a parody of Van Gogh’s The Starry Night, which consisted of a line of dancing Grateful Dead Bears against a psychedelic background, I wanted to parody that with my own version. Or rather, a Meep version. Actually, it’s a MeepNana version. A MeepNana Festival. Zen Shenanigans.

When I first started painting, I used 2" x 2" canvases. This design is four canvases put together to make one of our favorite shapes. The Meep. Or in this case, because it was considered to be a much larger canvas, The Big Blue Meep. It's silly. It's Shenanigans. Zen Shenanigans.

The funnest part of this pair of paintings, is you can switch them side by each (Shenanigans) because the Meeps match up at the top of the paintings as well. Zen Shenanigans.
