Description: The Serra Cross, sitting at the summit of Mt. Rubidoux, is like a Riverside postcard you can step into. The Serra Cross is named in honor of Junipero Serra, the founder of California's Franciscan Missions. A wooden cross was first built in 1907 but the current concrete stucco covered cross was erected in 1959.
