Description: i have this comic book idea about a creature who only appears to be human, but in fact takes a lot of energy to maintain that appearance. they can't wait to be alone and not have to disguise himself, so they can take on the form of a real mutant creature, which is always different depending on they mood. although there are signs that something is not quite right with them, it's not worth anyone's time to dig deeper. I'm sure there would be some love thread, but only platonic, because this creature is obviously lonely and trying. superpowers? no. maybe getting out of the bed in the morning?
