Description: This design is a faithful restoration of a 1921 Bolshevik propaganda poster, originally attributed to Vladimir Kozlinskii, that's been restored, recolored, remastered, and redrawn by hand in order to preserve this important piece of history. The text translates to: "The dead of the Paris Commune have risen again under the red banner of the Soviets!” In essence, the artwork claims that the defeated revolutionaries of Paris Commune of 1871 have been vindicated by the October Revolution, and that the martyrs live on through the new Soviet Union. Rousseau, who was also one of the people, said: When the people shall have no more to eat, they will eat the rich!
