Potstickers Stickers
Description: Whether you call them dumplings, gyoza or potstickers these are Asian food staples. In Chinese it means "Stuck to the Wok". Steamed boiled or fried they are eaten with chopsticks and are great with rice and soy sauce. In Boston they are called Peking ravioli. In Mandarin they are jiaozi. You will find them in your dim sum steamer basket. Wear to a Japanese restaurant or dinner party. Great gift for foodie friend in cooking school or student who is homesick for a taste of home.
