Let your beautiful brain sparkle! Created by a neurodivergent artist (me), this design is the way to announce to the world that you are proud to be who you are. Whenever you feel like you don't accept yourself, let this be a reminder that I accept you and I think you're wonderful just the way you are!

A brain in colourful pastel hues accompanies the words “celebrate neurodiversity”. Celebrate the many different ways our brains work, whether we’re autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, and many others!
The Shield of Neurodiversity.
Neurodiversity is about acceptance. It’s about accepting that our brains all work differently and that’s ok.
Unfortunately there are people who don’t like that idea and we’re often portrayed in the most ridiculous and hateful ways.
Stay safe behind this shield and know that there are lots of people out there who love and support you and your neurofabulous friends and family.
I have been in the autism community for many years. I have an autistic son, I am the author of 'The Children's Guide To Autism', am on the committee of an autism support group, and am a member of the Expert By Experience group at the University of Manchester regarding autism research projects. Although I have designed t-shirts for years this is my first relating to autism. We should be moving beyond one week of awareness and "effort" to do more. I expect most people have now heard of autism but they have no idea what it means, they have a very wrong view of the spectrum. Enough! No! We should be striving for and expecting understanding, always, not just awareness for one week.
Embrace Neurodiversity. Great for adhd, autism, asd, and other neurological disorder awareness. Celebrate difference. Great for parents of a child with a neurological condition.
Beautiful neurodiversity design for proud autistic people who love their neurodivergence. Atypical and amazing Aspergers Syndrome gift for an Aspie who is neurodivergent.
Neurodiversity is simply the natural variation of human brains and minds. The neurodiversity paradigm is a way of thinking that sees different minds as a natural and valuable aspect of human diversity.
This way of thinking emphasizes the social power structures that exist around neurological differences, and the ways in which social barriers and inequalities put people with disabilities at a disadvantage. This perspective does not deny that some aspects of various neurological differences can be unpleasant, and that they can include specific impairments. However, the neurodiversity paradigm looks at how society is organized in ways that make some things less accessible for certian people.

Embrace neurodiversity! Some people are wired differently, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Open your mind and accept the diversity of the human condition.
This funny autism joke makes fun of neurotypicals being boring because they are all the same. Autistic people are unique and different in a good way. Celebrate neurodiversity!
If you've met one neurodivergent person... you've met ONE neurodivergent person. Autistic, ADHD, Dyslexic & all other divergent minds may differ from the average, but we're ALL still unique.
