Description: The Army of the Holy Faith, whose members were popularly known as the Sanfedisti, were a loyalist army organized in 1799 by Cardinal Fabrizio Ruffo to throw off the French Revolutionary forces occupying the Kingdom of Naples. First mustered from the peasantry of Calabria this army of the people grew to include patriots from all over the Two Sicilies on their way to restoring King Ferdinand I of the Two Sicilies. Now, you can wear your Two Sicilian pride by counting yourself amongst these freedom fighters.
