In his 20's my husband built a cottage in the Grampians on a 40 acre property in natural scrub. The view from the front windows is a majestic scene of the Northern Grampians hill face which would catch the light in the morning. Family stayed from time to time over the years. It had no electricity - it was always an adventure going to visit. The Grampians in Victoria offers the most wonderful bush walks..... we often went in winter and would see no one for a week.....
