This little girl in her bright blue dress and hat found just the right horse on the merry-go-round which exactly matched her pretty outfit.

Sevilla - Seville, Spain Poster for the 1933 Spring Festival

The theme is based on a fun fair, something that brings back happy memories to many, only this is in another world, under the waves which can be fun as well. The attractive seahorses bopping around in the same manner as with the figures on a real carousel. In this case a coral table forms the merry-go-round with all the sparkling party bubbles to add to the atmosphere. The blue fish gives an impression of a colourful tent in the background with more colour all around and some movement with the swaying seaweed. As a whole, this is a depiction of fun, colour, light and an atmosphere we assimilate with the fun fair and dreams. A bit of fantasy that may bring some pleasant thoughts to someone.
