Staithes has a large artist community and it is somewhere that I love to visit whenever I am in Yorkshire. The Cod & Lobster pub is pretty awesome too!! This is another sketch from one of my holiday journals rom 2018.

The Port of Blyth is on the river of the same name in Northumberland on the North East coast of England. This image shows small fishing boats and an offshore supply vessel berthed up-river near the Battleship Wharf on a calm, sunny April morning.

The scene at The Commissioner's Quay on the River Blyth in Northumberland on the North East coast of England on Boxing Day 2023,

Fishing boats tied up in the South Harbour at Blyth in Northumberland, with seagulls looking for an easy meal from the morning's catch. There are also eider ducks in the water looking for whatever they can find.

A rather dull March morning on the River Blyth in Northumberland was brightened up with the buoys, flags, unloading ship and silos.
