Melbourne Art Centre, from Eureka Tower Melbourne Eureka Tower is 297 metre (975 ft.) gold plated skyscraper by the Yarra River in the heart of the Southbank precinct. High up on the 88th floor, 285 metres above sea level, you’ll Eureka 88 one of Melbourne’s greatest point of view, and one of the most stunning observation decks in the world.

Located on the Eastern end of Lake Ontario, this light can be seen with binoculars from Tibbets Point, but for a good view a boat or plane ride is required.

Simulation of an alleged sighting of a UFO (unidentified flying object) near the small town of Belleville, Wisconsin, USA, during a cold March night in 1987. For several months previously, the town was plagued by UFO sightings, from simple groups of lights to cylindrical objects rising from forest clearings in broad daylight. This sighting was witnessed independently by widely scattered individuals, & Illinois Air Traffic Control verified the presence of an unidentified object in the vicinity at the stated time. It was one of several nighttime & early morning apparitions reseached by UFO investigators from Chicago.

Being an aerialist is fun. We can fly and do all kinds of circus things. But the soreness is real. And now it hurts to walk. Great for any aerial enthusiast living the struggle.

The square pyramidal pierhead tower, which has a focal plane of fifty-one feet, was erected in 1938. At that time, the source of the light was converted from kerosene to electricity. While lumber and grain had early been important commodities for Sodus Point, coal later became the primary cargo shipped from the port. In 1940, more than one million tons of coal was shipped from Sodus Point Harbor. The coal industry thrived until the late 1960s when power generation plants were converted to oil.
